Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
  • The item shows no signs of use, damage, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used body care products
  • Hair accessories that have been worn or used
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotions, unless they arrive damaged or defective

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery. When submitting a request, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

After verification, a replacement or full refund will be arranged.

4. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending the product

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping may be covered.
  • If the return is due to change of mind or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect.

6. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Approved refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be refunded through the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  2. Processing delays may occur depending on your financial institution
  3. If the issue persists, contact support with your order details

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
